To encourage, promote the rural people to help themselves.

To start, takeover, establish, support, maintain and administer Hospitals, Nursing homes Dental Hospital , dispensaries and maternity homes for the help of poor people and those who are handicapped/poor or are suffering from infectious disease for the purpose of serving humanity.

To establish, develop, run, maintain and grant aid in cash or in kind to institutions to provide Medical, dental education and medical research of all types (including allopathic, Ayurvedic, Homeopathic, or related to any other system of medicine around the world) in India for the benefit and use of the general public.

To establish and develop institutions for cancer patients and the physically handicapped and disabled or mentally retarded persons and to- provide them treatment, education, food, clothing or other help.

To open centers/ Institutes for diagnosis, cure and research for cancer, AIDS, TB, hepatitis and various other diseases.

Arranging of talks, film shows and demonstrations, continuing medical education (CME) programs etc by experts on medical subjects, social reforms and hygienic conditions of the village and urban people, training of persons in providing basic health care and child care etc.

To provide and arrange welfare, entertainment, sports and other programs/activities for benefit of General Public.

To arrange and Organize Blood/Eye Donation Camp, Polio, HIV AIDS, cancer, hepatitis, vaccination and other similar camps either independently or jointly with Hospitals, Government or Semi-Government agencies, Departments or other association of similar kind or nature for the general public.

To grant relief and assistance to the needy / sick persons and to distribute relief material, medicines, food, water etc. in the places affected from flood, drought, famine and war etc. either independently or jointly with any Government or Semi-Government agencies or Association of similar object, out of its own funds or collected from outside by way of donation, grants, or contribution etc.

To establish, open, develop, run, support, donate, maintain, take-over, construct, alter, improve, manage and control the Old age home, Orphanage Home, Blind School, Ashram, Dharamshala, Shelters, Creche, Goshala, Community center, Pious, Toilets(Shochalaya), career counseling centers and other centers of like nature for the benefit and use of the general public in rural areas.

To give poor people confidence, hope, dignity and strength and promote principles of Participation, Empowerment and Sustainability.

To establish, open, develop, run, support, maintain and administer Playing Schools and provide technical education of Playing for the benefit and use of the general public in rural and urban areas.

To award prizes in competition of physical games and educational competitions and to award scholarship for the general public and to provide ways and means for the uplift of poor and needy children or individuals and to include moral discipline.

To establish, open, develop, run, support, maintain and administer Schools, colleges, Hostels, Management Training centers & career counseling centers to provide education of all types (i.e. Basic, Professional, Technical or Non-Technical) also engaging in the activities necessary to education for the benefit and use of the general public in rural areas.

To provide and arrange capacity building programs/seminars and legal advice for rural persons.

To provide vocational training, management training for self-employment and legal help to general public awareness about their rights.

To provide technical education to the persons in the weaker sections of our society who is less qualified in order to make them self-reliant.

To arrange and manage the training institutions in Typing, Short Hand, Computer, Fine Art, Crafts, Music, Painting Modeling, historical monuments, Yoga, Physical Education and in the professional training for the benefit of general public.

To work as conduit between Government and Self Help Groups, Cooperatives, Samitis, Village level committees and artesian to redress / elevate problems faced by them.

To engage in the activities for the welfare and up-liftment of down trodden women such as prostitutes and dowry victims.

To engage in the activities of providing the necessary medical facilities to every class of the society and community.

To undertake facilities and provide for the publication of newsletters, research papers, house magazine and have a journal for the exposition of the objects of the Trust.

To promote family planning in the rural areas where there is still unawareness on this issue and also engaging in the activities necessary to attain the objects.

To organize and run the coaching classes, library, reading room and other like activities either independently or jointly with any other educational and professional institutions or society etc.

To establish and develop institutions for the physically handicapped and disabled or mentally retarded persons and to provide them education, food, clothing or other help.

To acquire and take over all or any part of movable or immovable properties of any similar Trust, Society or Institution or any one else whosoever may be for the purpose of the Trust and to maintain such assets.

To join, to subscribe, to federate, or affiliate with other association, federation, or chambers whose objectives are in whole or in part, similar to those of the association or conducive to the promotion or the aims and objectives of the Trust.

To promote Biotechnology applications to Agriculture, Floriculture, Herbal, Medicinal, and other areas of rural importance and focus.

To conduct, undertake the conduct of and participating regional, national, and international exhibition, seminars, conferences, workshops on rural development and economy.

To raise funds, through grants, aid, donations, subscriptions, sponsorship, presents, rent, gifts and loans or any assistance in other form etc. for the fulfillment of aims & objects of the Trust.

To receive financial and non-financial assistance from any Government, Government and Non-Government organizations, International agencies/ organization, Banks and other legal entities or individuals, as permitted by rules of the Government of India.

To help in organizing the artisans, skill augmentation, Technological Development & Dissemination, Design and product development, credit and market facilitation.

To carry out various programme and schemes of UNDP, UNFPA, UNIDO, NID, NIFT, NISTET, CSWRI, CLRI, FDDI, CGCRI, KVIC, Indo-German chamber of commerce and MoRD.

To carry out various programme and schemes of Ministry of handicrafts and Ministry of Textile, Rastrya Mahila Kosh, Ministry of Labor, Ministry of social justice and empowerment, Rajiv Gandhi Foundation and for Foundation Directorate of Industries and related programme of developing and under developed areas.

To acquire and take over all or any part of movable or immovable properties of any similar Trust, society or institution or any one else whosoever may be for the purpose of the Trust and to maintain such assets.

To receive financial and non-financial assistance from any Government, Government and Non-Government organizations, International agencies/ organization, Banks and other legal entities or individuals, as permitted by rules of the Government of India.

To manage, sell, transfer, pledge, dispose of or deal with movable and immovable properties of the Trust keeping in view of the aims and objects of the Trust.

To invest funds and help investment of any funds in the modes of investments from time to time which is in terms of Income Tax Act, 1961 or any other law for the time being in force and subsequent amendments thereof from time to time.

To assist and co-operate the Trust/Associations/Organisations etc. whose aims are same like this Trust apart from.

All the activities of the Trust shall be non-profitable and shall be done on “No Profit - No loss basis”.

To do and cause to do all such acts, deeds and take such steps which are in accordance with the spirit and principles of the Trust as may be ancillary or incidental and conducive to the attainment and pursuit of its aims and objectives of the Trust.
